Verified reviewI ordered a sound booth to be delivered to my business premises, however, my shipment did not make it further than the FedEX depot at Pontyclun, Wales. I was informed by FedEX that the item was incorrectly packaged for delivery. There is a lack of communication between Quirumed and FedEX for delivery of such a large item.

Verified reviewWe've thought about ordering in the past but we're concerned that the items were coming from outside of Europe and that post Brexit regulations would be an issue. This time we saw that the couch was shipped from the UK and ordered. Arrived within a couple of days, high quality, well packed and £200 cheaper than the competition. Very happy.

Verified reviewZero customer service, as in you cannot speak to a human and the email cuatomer support takes over a day to get a response. Gave the delivery firm my wrong phone number and the only reason it arrived at all was because i used the tracking number to find the firm and called the depot myself. Product was as described and of good quality shame about the rest.

HI Jason Apologies but the incorrect telephone number was added when the online order was made hence the slight delay in the delivery as the transport agency couldn´t contact you.
