Verified reviewVery easy to order and a passport number is needed to clear customs ( I was initially concerned about this). It all went seem Lesley and good updates from couriers and Quirumed every step of the way. Quality was beyond expectations with more accessories than I realised. Very sturdy and strong.

Verified reviewThe ordering process was a little confusing but manageable. The item did not arrive when promised and I waited in a whole day Friday. It did arrive on the Monday and I got notification by email that morning saying it would be delivered that day. No time slot was given. As I had to sign for delivery this was difficult as I already had commitments. However it did arrive at a convenient time. The product, a large wheelchair is excellent. So on the whole good outcome.

Verified reviewWhile the chair arrived on time, I’m disappointed with the quality given the price. The design is attractive, but the support padding lacks density, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the hinges are made from cheap materials, raising concerns about the chair’s durability. On top of that, I received an unexpected FedEx invoice for customs and shipping fees, adding nearly £200 to the total cost of the chair. I would have preferred paying an extra £50 to get a similar chair from a UK-based supplier, like Master Massage supplies, without the surprise charges. A £40 customs fee was an unpleasant shock, and the cost to return the chair would likely be substantial, making it a poor investment overall. Unfortunately, this chair may go unused, as I need something more comfortable for my clients.

Normally customs would therefor have to pay customs chrages when it enters the country however, for wheelchairs / patient lifts etc you get exemption from paying the customs chrages. Sorry I would like to retract this review, I wasn't clearly made aware of a 60 pounds boarder fee that I would have a debt collector hounding me for, demanding I pay now, threatening to charge 20 pounds per further letter. If this was made clear to me at the beginning, I would have purchased a machine from somewhere else.

The problem is when i make an order and they deliever it so the item was damage which i contact they about it since 3weeks now they never contact me to refund or exchange it. so i want you to refund my money back or exchange the item bacxk pls....
