I had a problem placing an order so contacted customer services and almost immediately they had got in touch and helped to resolve the issue. The item was delivered quickly with no damage and even came with the appropriate plug adapter.

Verified reviewCant get through on the phone lines to speak to anyone in customer services which is super frustrating when your trying to ask a question or chase something up with your order. Since purchasing items with this company ive never spoken to anyone from the company as it constantly states on the phone lines that they are busy..

Jessica We see a review on the verified reviews that you can´t get hold of us. Can you confirm which number yo have called form as we have called 441133918169 several times and it goes through the options to contact 999 etc but doesn´t give us an option to call you . We have tried several times. do you have a another number we could call you on?

Verified reviewI have to give 3 stars only as there has been issues, although not technically Quirmed fault, more delivery contractors fault. But it is difficult to contact anyone to find out what is happening, the package did not arrive on the day it said it would, and the person who calls on the phone is so quiet that you cannot hear what she is saying, so can't respond.

Verified reviewI received my item in a damaged condition and currently still going back and forth with the customer service team on how to resolve the issue. I was offered a €23 refund offer to keep the item which was a massage table that I paid over €180 for. The massage table was already damaged before being packaged to me as there was no other visible damages on the packaging and bag so it wasn’t a damaged during transit. I have sent all the pictures requested and since I declined their €23 offer, this company has refused responding to me. This is totally unacceptable and I need someone to contact me before I place a dispute with my PayPal for my refund that I was sent a damaged product and your company has refused to resolve it directly. At this point, I am not happy to keep the item again in its condition and I just want my refund!

Ebun V We are sorry for the damage caused in delivery. We offered you either a collection or a discount to keep the item however you prefered a discount in order to keep it. The original offer was rejected and so please respond to our email and we can organise a compensation amount that works for you. Awaiting your response on the email.

I was never offered a collection! I have all email transactions since I contacted you about the damage. I was only offering a discount last week which I consider ridiculous. It works out cheaper for you if I keep it so please don’t say I declined a collection. I am a reasonable person and I would consider a sensible offer which I have now responded to your email request with the offer I would consider reasonable.
