Verified reviewAbsolutely Perfect. I very very pleased with the quality for the prices that Quirumed charge even when you add on delivery and taxes that have to be paid even in the uk. I have seen1 backwash selling for £100 more than I paid for 2, my trolleys are excellent. Communication was quick and effective. There is a need for an import Eori code from hmrc but the link FedEx sent sorted that sorted in minutes, Quirumed did send a link too. Just one thing to note there is a lot of packaging and not just cardboard wooden crates it's not a complaint but it does need to be disposed of so be aware of that because it does take up space and time, but I'd rather my goods were protected on the journey. I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and glad I found Quirumed.

Verified reviewIncredibly bad service. My order came all damaged which could have been an accident in transit. However their lack of communication is terrible and they have only offered me 20% refund to keep my product, but I physically can not use them as they are all smashed up. AVOID

Chelsea To confirm we offered you 20% for one of the damaged trolleys which you accepted. For this trolley we shall refund the 20% back to you . The other trolley as you mentioned is too damaged to use we are going to send a new one out to you. We will not be collecting the faulty unit from you. we shall let you know in the next 24 hours about when the new trolley is sent out. Verified reviewProblem 1/ I had to buy stuff I didn't need to reach their (very high) minimum sales limit. (Never seen that before) 2/ the quality of the products is terrible, cheap crap. I need to modify the wheelchair so the leg support isn't sitting at an angle which is trying to roll my leg to the floor. Very disappointing
