Verified reviewMy order was delayed to start with. Then a part was missing so we couldn’t actually put up the bed. I lost quite alot of my income over the last week as I had to cancel clients Bevause I couldn’t put the bed up without the missing piece. The bed itself looks good quality however I can’t be sure until it’s fully up. They have sent me another part but that doesn’t get to me until a week later too. So that’s more loss of earnings unfortunately

Natalie The item has arrvied back to us. The reason for the problem is the manufactuers put an incorrect sticker on the box to the normal sticker which they normally put and the incorrect sticker meant dangerous goods which this product isn´t. This is why the it was held in transport and not delivered. The item has arrived back and we shall process the refund for you as requested. Verified reviewVery poor customer service - hard to get a reply to basic questions, like when will I receive my order as it's near 2 weeks late. Receive a plug to convert to UK socket but nothing else. When I cancelled one item on the order, couldn't get it confirmed and still no refund. I have paid a lot of money and only received a plug! And can't get any updates.

David To confirm everything the hoist was held up in transit as the manufactuers put the incorrect sticker on the box and they one they put on suggested that the goods were dangerous which they were not. The tracking is below - Track & Trace - Track your shipment | TNT United Kingdom To confirm you have recieved the sling however, the hoist is beign returned but we are still awaiting it´s arrival. Once here would you like for us to send it out again or process the refund? If it the refund then we would need to collect the sling? Regarding the customs charges - Please note that since the UK left the European union on the 01/01/21, we will no longer charge the VAT. Hi I’ve just received the attached letter from FedEx stating I need to pay Euro99.61 Import Duties. It appears you have been untruthful in your email stating the hoist is being returned to you, when the truth is it’s awaiting payment of this invoice. You didn’t tell me that I would have to pay extra to receive your product or are you going to pay this fee? I’ve asked you some very simple questions and expect very honest replies please. I have had to hire a hoist because of these delays so will you compensate me for this expense, as you didn’t deliver when you said you would? Looking forward to your replies. Dave

Verified reviewI’m a lighting cameraman who also hires out props, I ordered a stretcher for a reconstruction and I was surprised how long it took to process & arrive from Spain. I’m in the UK and it took under a week hence my surprise a pleasant one though 😊 I paid the VAT before it left customs but no extra costs as I presumed there would be Ie Brexit etc. I don’t buy many new properties but some second hand ones were more expensive than buying it new! If I require anything again I will definitely be using this company. I heartily recommend Quirumed excellent service and no fuss.

Verified reviewI purchased a MDA . The delivery was good but it was no instruction on how to set up the equipment and the instruction for usage was copied and placed in the box. I have to say I had very high expectation of the company due to very good website but I do not think I will order any more from them. Even though , I send some emails to receive the instruction, the replay was poor. Do not recommend to order any from them. Definitely they are not using EU regulation for warranty .
