Verified reviewI ordered a ~ £700 hydraulic chair which arrived discoloured and sun damaged (the base). I am awaiting a resolution and will consider updating my review rating if dealt with satisfactorily. However, you'd think a pre inspection before dispatch would have highlighted such imperfections.

Verified reviewIt was really difficult to source a wheelchair with raised leg option for broken legs and I was a little worried about ordering from outside the uk. However, the wheelchair arrived in a timely manner and fits our needs perfectly. Plenty of adjustments available on the chair to fit sizes etc , although not big enough for someone over five foot nine. Luckily, required for someone below that height. Very pleased.

Verified reviewHi, I have had no end of trouble with the delivery , I have waited in two full days and still hasn’t turned up when I got a email saying it was being delivered. It said the package was damaged and had to re package. This has been very stressful. Had to make so many phone calls with tntfedex delivery company. I’m hoping the packages turn up soon and not Damaged.

Yes we ended up being able to put it together, but it was pretty inconvenient to not have instructions in the box. And the first manuel that was sent to us was the wrong one.
