Verified reviewThe legs do not fit into the base. They only way to get them in was to use a hammer and one of the legs has now broken. I am not at all happy with the stability of the uni now!

Verified reviewProduct was at an excellent price, arrived quickly and was well made. Only down side (which I will not mark down for) was I was not aware that this product was from outside the UK so had a little extra "paper work" with customs. That being said however would not deter me from recommending them or using them again.

Verified reviewThe Sibelmed basic sound proof booth is fantastic and easy to put together with two people. However, the light in the booth came wired incorrectly so luckily my husband was able to rectify this! Delivery of the booth was an absolute shambles. The booth travelled from Spain to Pontyclun with no problems….then it was stuck at the depot in Pontyclun because the company did not have the correct transport vehicle to deliver my booth. I had to arrange my own fork lift removal of the booth at my delivery address or wait god knows how long for the problem to be sorted.

Verified reviewHi the item come with many holes on box really bad write to them and just my feedback go no where really not happy with them and disappointed and I wait my sister to get the chair to see if any damage that I think it’s happened because the way box came it’s horrible and bad not happy at all

Verified reviewTreatment bed is good although didn’t come with any instructions other than a simplistic picture which was not helpful. This caused a delay in being able to use the bed as it wasn’t clear how the springs should be attached (you need strong muscles to stretch the spring into the correct position). Eventually worked but customer services were not helpful. The whole buying experience was terrible from a chair arriving separately to the bed, before delivery date with no warning to complete and utter useless customer service. Over 30 emails sent to discuss issues with the delivery and replacement chair which was too badly damaged on arrival to then waiting a few weeks for a refund which should have been immediate when the chair was sent back but wasn’t. I had to wait until it had arrived back in Spain for it to be processed. In the meantime I was without everything needed to set up a business. I will never use Quirumed again.

Verified reviewGood, service. Cheaper than anything in the uk for a wheelchair with leg extender. Only down side is the wheels may need some adjusting as it pulls to the left, which makes it difficult to control when being used my the user in the chair.

Verified reviewCouch was delivered with no warning. I processed the customs form but then never heard anything more! Couch has no instructions and also has a part missing so I cannot raise the back on the bed.
