    This is the worse retail experience I have ever had. I was delivered a faulty therapy chair. It is so bend with an essential piece missing that it is not fit for use. I have waited 2 weeks already and the issue has still not been acknowledged. I have been forced to buy another chair from some where else in order to continue my work life and because of the lack of communication I am concerned I won't be compensated by the company.

Please read the FAQ´s about what to do when the order arrives https://www.quirumed.com/uk/faq/what-do-i-do-when-i-receive-my-order/ The first and most important thing before accepting the order from the transport agency, is to check the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged there are two options: You can refuse it on delivery. You can accept the delivery whilst indicating on the delivery note "Damaged package" and then immediately check the product inside to see if there is damage to the product as well. In both cases you must contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours to inform us about the damage, filling in the form of the aftersales section on our website. Please note the item should have been rejected due to the bad state it arrived in. We have made claim with TNT and should have the next step shortly regarding the solution.

    This is generic information that doesn't directly respond to my situation. I check my emails everyday. I have not had a personalised response clearly telling me ho the issue ill resolved . It starting to effect my energy levels and ell being. I going to find out my legal rights to day

    I have responded to Quirumed saying that this is the issue TNT are not at fault. Quirumed sent me a chair that has been welded incorrectly in production so is bent and unusable. It also has essential attachments missing.

    So ordering in the UK is on a UK site, so you think it’s at least a UK distribution centre, BUT the shipment comes from Spain and the customer pays the customs duties as we’re outside the EU. This isn’t obvious until you’ve paid and then it’s hidden half way down the page of the receipt. Being able to ship something from the EU also requires a special customs ID from the UK government (even if it’s something you’re not going to sell on and just ‘use’ in your business). The application process is easy, but you’ll need a government gateway account to apply, so it’s just another annoyance. Shipment arrived on time though, so no complaints there.

    Yes I did, but I wouldn’t have ordered from the EU had I known in advance. Your website makes it seem like a UK based division of an EU company; where I would assume custom charges wouldn’t apply directly, as the products were already in the UK. A better solution would be to include the charges explicitly when the destination country is selected for delivery.

    We ordered 3 items. One arrived broken. We asked purely for a replacement handle but Quirumed insist n replacing the whole item asking TNT to pick it up and stating we will get an email direct from TNT. this never arrives so TNT come, refuse to take it away as it does not have the correct label on as even the one Quirimed send saying you can use that one doesn't work and so the cycle goes on.

    Ordering outside UK is not a good idea as the bed came with missing parts and no instruction on how to assembly the bed. I have to call out to get someone to fix it but unable fix and control the padded armrest as the parts are still missing, Trying to get through customer service is very difficult,

    The Examination light arrived with parts missing, i contacted customer services whom requested photos which i sent and then they asked for more so i purchased the missing part from somewhere else myself as couldn't cope with the delaying tactics!

    After I placed my order I was a little concerned due to the lack of contact and no reply to my email regarding the delivery date. Although their instructions were clear for the delivery which arrived when I was out, the bed was ok when I checked it. However, I can imagine the stress that would've been caused sorting things out caused by their lack of contact and the fact that they're based in Spain and I'm in the UK. They're Ok but they will stress you out and their customer service needs a massive upgrade to get 5*s from me.

    This company doesn't communicate with customers to keep them updated. I had to go to them to find out what was happening to my order. I paid for the order mid March and received the goods at the end of May. The only communication was when I emailed them to find out what was happening - not good.

    Terrible service ! The company charged me £120 for delivery on top of the price of the bed to ship to UK. Which I paid ! Weeks later the Uk delivery company (TNT) kept sending me debt collector letters saying I owed the shipping fee, I sent them proof of my purchase statement for the bed and bank statements to show I had paid this £120 extra shipping fee to this company to which the UK shipping company said that this quiremed had told them I hadn’t and I owe it and would have to pay and claim back from quiremed
