Verified reviewThe customer service is far from excellent: 1)The answer to my question I received in Spanish, not in English, and even after translating it through Google, I did not get what I asked; I got the information only after calling the company. 2)There was no neither assembling instruction, nor warranty paper; I requested these through the online communication facility but did not receive any answer. 3)The customs payment is huge -30% of the cost of the item I purchased; there is no clear indication about this in the information given by the company.

Verified reviewi received a faulty item. I sent all the photos needed but no one got back to me. I had to take the item to a workshop to fix it because I could not wait longer. The total cost was higher than if i bought the item from other suppliers.

Verified reviewDelay after delay from February and now I have part order delivered which was the whole reason for said delay that all items were not available. Delivery Tuesday last week didn’t happen, part order on the Wednesday, part order on the Friday and still no ultrasound. Will not recommend
