Verified reviewThere seemed to be a response to my last bad review where they admitted responsibility and offered to collect the faulty product and refund me. That was two weeks ago. I have heard nothing. I have not changed my opinion that this Company has shoddy products and a nightmare administration.

Ann We replied to the email on the 27/01 but didn´t get any response from you. Apologies there are several options 1) We can collect it and offer a refund. 2) You can find a suitable charger from a local supplier Amazon etc and send us the invoice to cover the costs. Please let me know which would prefer by answering to the email on that we sent to you? Quirumed

Verified reviewin June 2021 my fathers Electric wheelchair battery wouldn't hold a charge, having used it for three years, checking on the Quirumed site they were "out of stock". Checking again in August they were showing as "in stock" so I paid and ordered one. They kept putting the delivery date off every month. I eventually received it in January 2022, two weeks after my Father passed away having been bed bound for the previous six months as he couldn't use his wheelchair.
