Verified reviewI was initially very concerned that I did not receive any confirmation of my order and I had stupidly not made a note of the name of this unfamiliar company and doubly concerned when after a week I had not received any goods or communication,however, when I discovered on their site I could track my order and it was coming from Spain I relaxed and the goods arrived well packed and as described. To improve customer satisfaction I would suggest a confirmation email explaining receipt and how the item can be tracked and the possible delivery time.

The only thing I would be mindful of when shopping on Runnerinn is the time of delivery, took a few days longer to arrive than originally stated, which made me a bit anxious but other than that - great service!
