Verified reviewThis product was ordered for a friend, as far as I know he is satisfied with the product, I do however feel that the parcel sent was over the top, as they were pack in such a large box which certainly wouldn’t go through a letterbox in the door or in my large letterbox beside my door, why when the product is so small !!! Which caused a lot of problems with delivery, for an urgently needed product

Verified reviewTook weeks for my order to arrive and I could only get a standard reply from customers services telling me to log in to my account to check the status of my order. I live in UK, the order was being shipped from Netherlands, and ended up in Spain. But not a whisper of help from customer services despite several attempts to contact them. I would definitely NOT recommend.
