Verified reviewI would not recommend using this company UNLESS you live right next door to their premises in Spain. Despite offering their products for sale using the WORLDWIDE web, it charges you shipping costs for sending the items to you and MORE for any returns. The refund given will ONLY cover the cost of the actual items purchased (unless they are damaged) therefore, unless your item costs MORE than the total charges for shipping and returns it is NOT worth wasting your precious time and energy completing the forms and re-packaging. I now have 6 pairs of goggles that, despite being listed on their website as being for 'Adults', are in fact so small they hurt to wear and are more suitable to children and I will now need to find buyers!!! Personally, I will NEVER use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone living further than next door to their shop.

Verified reviewI am from the UK, Swiminn are using a ".co.uk" to deceive people into thinking the are UK based - the are NOT UK based, hence shipping takes around two weeks. When my order arrived, it was short of an item. There is deliberately no way to inform them that the order is incorrect - the only thing you can do is start a return. Their system is deliberately obstructive. All I wanted was for SWININN to send the missing item. After nearly another two weeks they have refunded the cost of the item. They have not communicated with me about this, and only refunded after I threatened them with a PayPal claim. So now I have to purchase the missing item off another supplier AND pay postage again. Do not deal with this company, unless you want a long wait, and an incorrect order, and no way to sort out any problems. NOT recommended.
