  Bought a dining table and bench - really impressed with both for the price. delivery was easy, we had to move the day with no hassle at all. We had a slight issue with the bench but the customer service process was really easy and efficient. Would definitely use them again

  We ordered a dining table that arrived quite badly damaged considering it cost almost £2k, I was not impressed. We were offered an exchange or £150 voucher which we used on a side table. That also arrived with a chipped leg and scratches. Good quality products but the delivery isn’t great if things are so easily damaged in transit.

  The table took longer than expected to arrive but we were able to contact Tikamoon easily & were given a satisfactory answer regarding delay & thereafter, kept informed. We are pleased with the design & quality of the table. The only disappointment is the quality of the drawers which are small & the base is made of hardboard.

  Most of the product feels quality. But the screws don’t work for the handles on the draws on the sideboard/desk we ordered. So overall the quality isn’t great. The price does not reflect the quality. Bit of a shame because it feels well made.

  We ordered a coffee table and and console table. the quality of both is great, although the coffee table came with some marks they offered us a partial refund. The problem is due to the custom and the wood type it took over two months for delivering those. That should have been specified on the website at the time of purchase

  The website is easy to navigate and the images are a true reflection of the items. The 360 angle views are very good so you can see exactly what you are getting and the item specification includes detailed measurements not just the overall size. The ordering process is clear and very informative, particularly the delivery information. The communication regarding delivery and the actually delivery were second to none.

  Bothe items I ordered arrived damaged. The packing boxes were perfect, so it didn’t seem to be the fault of the delivery team, but rather that they had been packed damaged at the point of origin. In fact one corner of a cupboard was badly chipped and had been varnished over. I cannot fault the returns process. Everything picked up quickly and a full refund received. Just a shame that I had not confidence that a replacement would arrive in a perfect state, so decided to shop elsewhere

  This is a lovely piece of furniture. It looks stunning in my new bathroom. It was delivered in the specified time frame. There was some damage on the outside of the packaging but the unit was fine inside. There is a slight fault/ split in the wood on the inside partition but not worth sending it back for. Overall I am very pleased as I could not find anything as stylish from a British company.

  Whilst the product is lovely, the customer service was poor. Delivery estimated at 6 weeks but ended up being 4 months No contact re delayed delivery.. Upon chasing the delivery, was told two contradictory reasons which led me to believe that at least one person was lying to me. Delays happen, that isn’t the issue. The issue is around how they communicate with their customers who are spending a significant amount of money with them. I won’t buy from Tikamoon again.

  A lovely, beautiful made product, that is sturdy and completes my room. Delivery was delayed, due to the nature of the product and customs, not through the fault of the company. However, I was kept informed with delivery updates and my options at all times. I was then able to select my final delivery date to make sure someone was available to receive the order. Would highly recommend.

  We waited just over 4 months for our furniture to arrive (when ordered was advised up to 4 months). However worth the wait as completely pleased with all the furniture bought Comprising large dining table, 8 chairs, large sideboard, tv cabinet & coffee table. Every piece is solid & well made.   This is a great company with a wonderful philosophy. The bedside tables I purchased took a while to come through because special customs clearance was needed but the company kept me informed of the situation. Quality is so good, will keep buying from this company!

  A great company that offers solid wood furniture for all tastes. A bit expensive, but you have to pay for quality products. Also, my package was delivered within just days and came as described. I'd definitely recommend it to others and plan to shop with them again.

  Overall this is hard to rate as the sideboard I ordered is a really beautiful piece of furniture that is well made. Unfortunately I had to wait 13 weeks for it to be delivered - way beyond the 6 week estimated delivery that was stated on the website when I bought it. I understand that the issue was with Customs however they should have been honest about the potential for such a huge delay at point of purchase as I would never have gone ahead with it had I'd known. So that was very disappointing. When it finally arrived I found the delivery team to be very accommodating provided an excellent service - lugging the heavy piece of furniture up to the top floor flat without complaint. So a big thank you to them!

  We ordered a TV consul which we are very happy with. Good quality product which we are very satisfied with. The item was delivered on time and we had notification emails all the time and contact. with the driver. They delivered when they said and took great care and attention when bringing it into our home. Will definitely recommend
