  Extremely disappointed with tikamoon. Sold an expensive vanity basin unit (the Emily) that isn't fit for purpose. It has a marble top which marks when anything is left on it at all and their recommended, expensive, specialist french cleaning products don't help. They have responded by advising that they can't help, no compensation despite being unfit for purpose (it obviously isn't sealed properly as this happened within weeks of install). They suggest I contact a specialist. I'd avoid based in this experience

  Thank you for your review. I am very sorry for the disappointment we have caused. Sadly with natural stone the products can require extra care as they are porous in nature. Some products can penetrate deep into the stone and become quite difficult to remove. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team.

  A bathroom basin top cannot possibly be fit for purpose or suitable quality if can't withstand a bit of soap and toothpaste. You should not be selling it with a five year guarantee if it looks awful within a few weeks of being used.You'd be better off with quartz. Which is now what I'm forced to replace it with at considerable extra expense.

  Delivered on time by 2 very friendly men and so well packed. It is a really lovely piece of furniture exactly what we wanted and so well made from solid oak. We would definitely have no hesitation in buying from tikamoon again

  Painfully slow delivery. Premium products at premium prices require premium delivery. Especially when builders are planning their workload based on advertised delivery timescales. Zero flexibility from the delivery company. However the two guys who did deliver were lovely blokes!

  Although the products are fabulous, the postage is incredibly high. I was disappointed as the goods arrived with Parcelforce not a specialist courier and I didn't expect to pay £50 postage for it to arrive with Parcelforce, particularly when it was just three small boxes. The company said it was high as goods came from France but there was no import duties/clearance so slightly odd but incredibly pleased with the quality of the goods.

  Delivery was very slow, the product name, and description is misleading. We thought we are buying a solid oak vanity unit but the truth is not. Check the small bullet points in the product detail you will find the trick. The stone pattern is very different from picture, the unit color also much darker.

  Thank you for your review I am very sorry that you felt tricked, we use plywood with some of our units to allow them to be cut for additonal plumbing requirements and to keep the weight of drawers down where necessary. In regards to the delivery, as we are based in France our items need to pass through customs before arriving with you.   Ordering the products was easy. The desk, the table and the bench were the exact match of the images. The guides sent by email about the delivery was clear and the promises made about the dates were met. No harm was doing delivery, items were easy to assemble. And they look great and high quality. Overall everything went smoothly, will definitely purchase something else again. One thing you should be aware is the care section, make sure you bought something you can take care afterwards as some of them needs oiling every now and then. But the instructions we received after the delivery were quite helpful.

  Tikamoon after sales service was top rate! My wife was not fully aware of the height when we ordered and after seeing this in person we needed to returen. Tikamoon collected the next week and refunded with excellent service from start to finish. Cant praise them for that enough.

  I found tikamoon after googling wooden tv units. I was not disappointed. The site was easy to navigate and resulted in me ordering 3 pieces of furniture. I contacted customer services with a query following a deal on the website, and the difference in the money I had paid was refunded.

  The coffee table should have been such a joy, but quality control has left something to be desired; it's just not the level at which we paid for. The table is made of natural materials, which is why I bought it, I understand that and in fact looked forward to enjoying the imperfections, but there are things that bother me once it arrived that are just craftsmanship and quality control issues—including a large crack in the marble, and gashed edges in the jade wood from manufacturer carelessness. I would like to take it up with Tikamoon for a partial refund to get the quality control issues solved by a local repair shop. I'm overall, disappointed in the product after months of excitedly waiting for it to arrive. I hope Tikamoon can restore my faith in their service.

  I was positively surprised by the quality of the furniture I purchased. I bought a 6 dining chairs and two stools. They are really sold and built with good materials. There's no wiggle when you sit in the stools or chairs. I can tell these will last a life time. Oh, and they look terrific. Just like the photos on the site.

  All went reasonably well with the order. There was a period of time when we were unsure re. the delivery schedule and we did contact customer service. The delivery itself went well. But, the piece came in a huge piece of packaging, which was excellent for it,s protection, but the deivery company only deliver, I am a paraplegic and it was quite some task to take all the packaging off and the inner wrappaging and manoevere the sideboard safely from the box etc. with my wife,s assistance. Then of course we were left to dispose of all the considerable cardboard etc…….we were not expecting to have to do this. We assumed the delivery company would assemble the sideboard safely and check for any damage before leaving……..

  The unit arrived with defective hinges and had obviously not been quality checked. Very disappointing response from customer service. To return I was expected to repack (buy new packaging) and take responsibility for return to France. I am still awaiting replacement hinges to see if this resolves issue. The unit is OK but no way worth £1000

In regards to returning an item, please be advised that we can book a free collection and do not expect you to take responsibility for a return. We do however require an item to be protected in some way to avoid it damaging other items in the couriers truck, this can be done with cling film, bubble wrap or spare cardboard.   Pleased with the item and the dispatch time. Delivery company were pretty unhelpful in terms of arranging a mutually convenient delivery but, after a number of emails, managed to get it sorted. Delivery drivers were helpful and delivered upstairs to room of choice.

  The Eden kitchen dresser came with damaged. Although stated that it would be lifted to first floor in the website delivery team refused to lift. Tikamoon we’re not able to rectify the situation properly in my opinion.

  Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as the unit was too bulky and heavy for the couriers to lift up your stairs we offered the option to return the item for a full refund. As this was not suitable we then arranged for a further delivery by a different courier who advised that unfortunately it was not possible due to health and safety and access issues as they feared damaging your home. After this, there was sadly some issues reported on the unit and we offered the option to return the item for a full refund again, you instead opted to keep the unit at a reduced price.   There was quite a gap around the drawers. When a light was on behind the furniture it was very apparent. It was a small back sideboard. Nice but not the best quality, sent it back.

  Very disappointed to receive the mirror I ordered wrapped in polystyrene and plastic, clearly just mass produced in China (label confirmed this). Tikimoon is basically just green/sustainable marketing!

As we are based in France, our items need to travel a long way before they get to you and are at risk of becoming damaged.   Ordered furniture with a 6 week delivery. No comms/ updates until week 5 when told that there was a delay for another 6 weeks due to 'customs' issues??? Kept having to contact you for updates after that. You did refund the delivery cost (after I expressed my disappointment) and whilst we are happy with the items (when finally delivered) and were looking to order something else, it does put a question mark over that decision.

  Love the quality of my products, I got bedside tables for two bedrooms. A small wardrobe and a clothes rail & a bed head. They were all easy to assemble or ready made and were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I will be returning two of the smaller bed side tables as they were too short, which was my fault for not measuring first. Customer service was lovely and the process was easy. Would recommend and shop with again.

  Lovely tv set. We used it for our 65’ tv. It is very high quality and I didn’t feel the need to add any protection. Highly recommended.

  I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing from Tikamoon, after reading a couple of negative reviews about their lack of communication and late deliveries, but my misgivings couldn't have been more wrong. It was straight forwarded placing the order, I was kept informed of how the delivery of our order was progressing and the table was delivered as promised, on time. I have no complaints at all, and would happily buy from Tikamoon again. I also have to mention the delivery company Tikamoon use - BJS who were excellent and also kept me up to date with the delivery and were very professional throughout.

  Extremely pleased with the fabulous media unit, both in quality and delivery. Not having ordered before I was apprehensive given my disappointing experience with another supplier......however I need not have worried.   A great item that looks beautiful and is well-made. I bought the smaller version of this and was so impressed that I bought the larger one as well for a different room. The only issue we had was the box arriving half-destroyed, but this is more an issue with the courier (Evri).

  The site is easy to use but the delivery service they use is pretty terrible. They scheduled and confirmed the delivery three times, even sending a specific set of hours to be home to expect the delivery. Each time they cancelled at the last minute citing system failures. Obviously something is off and unreliable with their delivery service. It took weeks as a result for this to arrive instead of the under 10 days promised.

  The site was fine. The only complaint I would have is that a week or so after I ordered but before delivery there was an offer on and the item was discontinued. This is a bit frustrating to see.
