  We have purchased a few things from you over the last year. The ease of ordering and speed of delivery is absolutely excellent, ichairs,. Tables and desks are packaged so wel that they are in perfect condition . A bench we purchased there was a slight problem with screws not being aligned, this was sorted quickly and easily with your customer services department. I can't think of another site that ticks all the service boxes in this way. Quality of everything we have is excellent. Can't say enough positives about it.

  Excellent quality coffee table which looks very handsome and justifies the price. It is very heavy. If it could have wheels on the bottom it would be perfect. Storage space is great too. Overall very positive experience. The only downside was having to wait a few months for the item, but the wait was worth it and the item was well packed and in perfect condition

  We purchased dining chairs, bar stools and some bed side tables from Tikamoon. The furniture is all of high quality and seems very strong / robust. We are very happy. It does take a long time for delivery. We are in the UK, so that might impact things given the delay with customs.

  The overall quality of the furniture is excellent and the communications I also found was passable but the time to deliver without prior warning of such a delay was abissmal. Many an event opportunity passed by, and we were left waiting to host family a friends after moving for a very long time since the delivery also took a very long time, without offers of compensation. Overall the wait was nearly half a year after being told roughly 6 weeks at the beginning of the exchange this was then corrected to an extra month's delay and then delayed a third and fourth time. If the reputation hadn't already been so good I would've cancelled and asked for a refund but as it was we waited and received eventually all of what we ordered.

  Unfortunately, the mirror I ordered arrived broken but Tikamoon Customer Services were excellent in dealing with this. They offered to send a replacement mirror or issue a refund. They also arranged for a courier to attend to take away the broken mirror. It was a shame that the mirror was broken but I was very impressed with how quickly and helpfully Customer Services assisted me.

  Product appears to be good quality and value for money. Site navigates well, but the whole experience was negative - info around delivery times was completely misleading, leading to us having to spend extra money on a temporary solution since the item arrived two months after initial delivery date was given. Contact with Tikamoon was poor, vague and very obviously done to obfuscate their shortcomings in terms of delivery issues. Wouldn’t be a problem if they’d been honest in the first place, but probably wouldn’t have put an order in with them if I’d known how long it would ACTUALLY take.

  This shelving unit is exactly what we needed for a small living room apartment. Made really well and at a standard you should expect for the money you pay for it. It’s solid and visually pleasing. You can fit a record player on it perfectly and the top is covered so you can place plants on top!

  Beautifully presented products, easy to navigate. One minor detail - I did not read the product description (great photos, dimensions given elsewhere) so I did not realise that the two products which I bought were "unfinished teak". However, I was very impressed with the build quality and consequently had no objection to subsequently buying some teak oil and applying 3 coats. Fabulous finish and also quite a therapeutic exercise.

  I have ordered a few items of furniture from Tikamoon and they have always been delivered as promised. The quality and design of the furniture are excellent. You can’t find this on the high street and so it’s nice to find a good online company that has provided what I’m looking for.

  We are absolutely over the moon with our new console table. I searched the internet and furniture shops for six months before deciding on this one and it couldn't be more perfect. It's stylish and well-made. The quality is great and we think it is good value for money when you compare to other furniture stores. We will definitely use tikamoon again.

  The two cabinets are exactly as per the pictures. Beautiful Mango wood. Delivered on time and really well packed so no damage. Fully assembled solid wood. Would definitely use Tikamoon again if this is the quality product and service they provide.

  I'm happy with the purchase, but the delivery was extremely disappointing. The piece of furniture I ordered was bigger than me and the delivery men refused to open the packaging (or remove it) - apparently they're not insured - I live alone so had to attempt to do this by myself which was virtually impossible.

  Delivery was very stressful, they left the very heavy cupboard at the street level when my flat is on the first floor - I asked them not to but they said as they weren’t parked legally it was against policy for them to spend time bringing it up. I asked if they could go park properly and then help me get it at least to my flat door but they said no. I had to call some friends to help me in the end, as there was no way I could lift it myself.

  table leg was brokem (the screw didnt fit in) It would cost me £80 to get a handy man to redrill it - but they only offered me £40 or a new table in 4 months!!!!! Could have easily been fixed with the £80 and now I am waiting 4 months with a wonky table.

  I loved this table but unfortunately the table top was scratched. I asked if it could be replaced but was told that it was no longer available and would not be reordered until 2024. I was offered £100 off which I reluctantly took. You can imagine my surprise when to day I noted that the table was on sale. Are they selling faulty stock!!!. Not good customer service at all.

  My TV unit is great. It’s a shame that the wires can’t be hidden as the design doesn’t allow for that. I love the workmanship and the wheels to help with manoeuvrability.

  The overall experience was great. I am vary wary about online shopping for furniture and not being able to view what you are going to buy when spending a good amount of money. However when shopping around and seeing the quality of other furniture you get it made me think what have I got to lose. I would be paying slightly more but getting a solid piece of furniture, not MDF. The item was in stock and was delivered very quickly. The item was ready assembled and all I had to do was put on the legs to the unit which was very easy. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the unit and would not hesitate in using Tikamoon again. Their website was easy to use and we got a good feel for what we were going to get and we were not disappointed. If only all online shopping could be as good.

  I love my teak clothes stand with two lower shelves. It is well made, attractive and is exactly what is shown in the photos. I recently moved and my entire bedroom was neat with the exception of one spot. This clothing rack was the magic touch. And the beautiful teak wood enhances the other furniture in my room that has oak accents. Thank you Tikamoon!!!!

  Looking for 70’s style furniture to compliment our McIntosh table and chairs. Site easy to use, price was right, delivery was fine, took us a little while to put the legs on although instructions were adequate. Quality of teak very good and a great match to existing furniture.

  We ordered a Tikamoon wall mounted cabinet. When the first one arrived, it was totally destroyed. the exterior edges were dinged and the drawer was broken. We thought we give Tikamoon another chance and exchanged the cabinet for a new one. The 2nd one arrived after 2 weeks and the inside drawer was damaged. We decided to keep it nay way and glued the walls and off the drawer. The rollers of the drawer had also popped out and it took us over an hour to replace he rollers.

  Ordered a stone basin sink and took nearly 3 weeks to come. First the delivery company delivered this to Tikamoon instead of my home address. Second delivery took nearly 2 weeks to arrive after countless times of waiting in only for the delivery company never to turn up. When the stone basin sink did arrive it was tiny and not fit for purpose. The sizes on Tikemoon website state the width is 34cm the sink they sent was 23cm wide and the depth should have been 28cm and in fact it was 17cm. The sink is that small I could not even put one hand in never mind 2. I have got to say the quality of the sink was outstanding extremely good quality. Tikamoon Customer service was good very prompt at replying and communicating through this frustrating process

  Great item, really well made and lovely design. Loses a star because unfortunately they used selotape to hold the draws closed for transit and it made a mark on the wood which cannot be repaired. Really disappointing that such a silly oversight can diminish what is a really great piece of furniture.

  Really happy with my order. Delivery took longer than the advertised 10 days so it didn't arrive for Christmas as hoped but it wasn't an issue. I was very impressed with the customer service i received as my query was immediately resolved. This is my second order from Tikamoon as the furniture quality and style is excellent.

  Tikamoon are a very good company to deal with. Unfortunately the console table was the wrong colour for my flooring so I had to return it. They collected and I received a refund immediately. Would buy from them again and recommend the company highly.

  I ordered the Oslo desk and it arrived on time and looks great. It would have been a 5 star review, but the desk did arrive with some damage to one of the drawers (it looks like an accidental drill in the wrong spot on the drawer - it's not super noticeable and it doesn't impact the use of the desk). The wood and design is gorgeous and the desk size is perfect for a smaller home office - enough space for a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse with plenty of space for decor and notes.
