  Really great quality and the sideboard was just as pictured. Another thing that I appreciated was that the packaging was minimal with no polystyrene and everything went straight into recycling. 10/10 from me!

  Ordered a bamboo towel rack. Unfortunately the item was not of high quality. Contacted Tikamoon via phone and the problem was solved quickly. I must say that it is impossible for a company to open and quality check all packed items that are sent from original country where the items are made. I do not hold Tikamoon responsible for the quality. That is the Suppliers responsibility. They sent the package asap. Very fast delivery. They also sent me a free returns label for returning the defective item. They also very graciously returned my full refund as well as shipping delivery charges. Now that is the mark of a good company managed by a great team. I wish they had a physical store in the UK where we could look at the products and purchase them then and there. I give them 5 stars for handling the whole process of delivery and returns.

  Wonderful site with ultra top quality furniture. After delivery I noticed a small fault with my yin Yang bookcase, customer services were on the ball and gave me different options. After providing photographs of the impairment they immediately ordered a replacement and collection scheduled for the same time. The bookcase is beautiful and the service excellent to date.

  Our vanity unit and sink are beautiful, excellent quality and just as described/pictured. I'm sure this won't be my last order now I've discovered tikamoon! I also needed to amend the order with customer services and they were very helpful and efficient. Delivery drivers carried items up two flights of stairs too. I honestly can't fault the service we received.

  I don't think it is ok to write in your responses that due to handmade items the quality is potentially much worse than machine-made items. A good master-craftsman (and quality assurance) should take care of that

  Came across this site when looking for a new bathroom sink. The website was easy to use and the quality and choice of products was excellent. As the sink didn't come with a waste, I needed to contact them to check the size I needed and my question was answered really quickly and efficiently. Its installed now and looks amazing.

  Clear pictures of the products, information about the construction and after care, plus sustainability. Customer service first class, due to a weird glitch with my bank I managed to order the same table twice. The very pleasant customer services person said absolutely no problem to pick up the spare and refund was given very quickly.

  I bought this very beautiful Minimalys tv Unit from here !! This is indeed a statement piece of furniture in my living room. The wood finish is raw which is trending just now and I’m sure will become classic in future (replacing shiny walnut shades of wood). I did use Tikamoon’s varnish and oil on it and it’s finish and shade was just enhanced to another level of beauty. Just love it. Just one thing which I didn’t like about it, is a piece of rope they give instead of knobs, therefore I bought these beautiful knobs separately from Anthropology it’s now looking just amazing. Highly recommended !!

  The product itself is great, but unfortunately it was damaged upon inspection after delivery (presumably during shipping). Contacted Customer Services and they offered a partial refund to account for the damage which I accepted as it would have been a hassle to send the item back. Have previously ordered from Tikamoon so think the damage was unfortunate and a one-off, and given the quick partial refund I would be happy to order from them again.

  Yes this was all good 5 stars for customer service - they even called me a few days before the delivery to check when I'd be available and to reassure me that the item would be delivered to the "room of my choice". I warned them that the room of my choice was up 2 flights of stairs with no lift and they reassured me again. So far so good - so 5 stars... Then when the item was actually delivered, the delivery man flatly refused to carry it up the stairs. That's why the one star for delivery So the message is Tikamoon - I love your good intentions and actions around customer service and delivery, but just make sure that your partner delivery company is on the same page! Huge disconnect and has done you more damage in my eyes than if you hadn't promised to deliver to the room of my choice at all!

  Upon arrival, delivery driver called me to come meet him due to being lost, prior to this I gave clear directions how to get to my address, he then said I’m not coming and for me to go and meet him to show him where to come. So I walked 10 minutes without clear direction of where he was. I managed to find him and the second delivery driver waited in the car while he carted the coffee table to my address. Then he continued to ask ‘are we there yet’ making me feel extremely uncomfortable. As we got to the address I have to carry the table myself with him up stairs. which I have health issues with heavy lifting and was expected to lift. All while the second delivery driver waited down the street in the van rather than relocating the van to my address. This was a terrible experience for me.

My sink arrived really well packed so in good condition but the courier was a let down, just leaving it abandoned on my driveway Thankfully it was spotted soon after but sadly this practise seems all too common I've come to realise!

  Not solid oak as described. Cupboard interior, back and drawer box made from finger jointed rubberwood. Build quality not up to scratch for a £750 piece of furniture. Poorly filled misaligned mitre joints. Customer service has been poor, with little concern that they are mis-selling as solid oak.

  Not too happy. There was no response to email within hrs of delivery telling that item delivered was broken for two days. Had to call on the third day to request exchange.
