  We are over the moon with Tikamoon. Beautiful website, 360° degree moving image of Jill sink and vanity unit, which made it easier to see if it would suit our bathroom space. Delivery was very good and items secured & well packaged in a crate.

  I assume this review won’t make it to public viewing. Wait 3 months and receive a very poorly made and damaged Media unit. Very practiced return email 1. Money off next purchase - what the heck??? 2. Smaller amount of money off to accept 10% 3. Return it for full refund Obviously we went for option 3. but a complete faff waiting in unpacking, making complaint, repackaging. Just would have been nice for someone to not add wood filler (badly) and then stain it to cover repair, right on the front! This was NOT a damage in transit issue as they maintained in communications. Nit a sustainable or green approach that we were looking for 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Thank you for your review. Please note we do not hide any reviews, I am not sure why you would think this. I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided and the unit received. We offered our full range of options, which also include a replacement unit. As our units are handmade and we try not to waste wood where possible, there can be wood filled used in some places. We agree that filler used on your product was too much and as such deemed as a fault and we offered compensation for this. However there was also transport damage as the unit was chipped and scuffed in a way that is not part of the manufacturing process. Both are faults and both are disappointing for us. I am sorry you that neither of the options offered to you were acceptable. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

  I loved the look of the sink bowl on the website and I just had to order it. When it arrived we thought it was amazing and it was beyond my expectations. Feels strong and has a presence!.   My first coffee table arrived damaged and the finish on it wasn't great. However, Laura was exceptionally helpful and offered me a few solutions. I ended up ordering a replacement which arrived quickly. Overall, great service and a beautifully designed table which I love.

  Placing the order with Tikamoon is easy enough, however the delivery company they use is useless. Upon delivering my wardrobe, the two men proceeded to tell me they will just leave the wardrobe in the hallway because "It's too heavy". When I pointed out that the delivery terms state "to a room of your choice" they countered with that they have the right to refuse for any item over 80kg. Well why accept a service contract with a furniture company then? Absolutely useless.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed to learn that our delivery company were unable to carry your wardrobe upstairs due to health and safety issues. Please be advised that items over 75 kilos are at the discretion of the team on the day. We are sorry for any disappointment the non-delivery has caused.

  Ultimately we were very pleased with our order of tables and chairs from Tikamoon. Although the lead time for the delivery was quite long (3/4 months) it was quite clearly stated when we made the purchase. We asked for an update part way through the order and it was quickly given by the customer services team. Considering the current climate, the actual delivery was without issue in the end and left at the front door. However, upon inspection we realised we were missing a small but significant item for the table construction. We notified Customer services of this and were issued with replacement parts practically immediately. Ultimately I can't really fault the customer services team as they dealt with the minor issues we had both quickly and without question. I would order through Tikamoon again.

  Fabulous piece of furniture, all solid wood including drawers, with dove tailed type joints on them. Solid metal frame and its very heavy and fully assembled. Delivery was placed in the hall due to "lockdown" so I know how heavy it is! Very good value and stylish.

  Sadly having ordered 2 items from this site following the wonderful reviews and beautiful pieces of furniture both items arrived damaged. A further replacement was sent which also arrived damaged. All 3 items were damaged upon arrival. I am so disheartened by the whole process and leaves me reluctant to order from this company again if they’re unable to ensure items arrive safely and fully in tact. Delivery was an absolute farce with us being left to collect from the courier due to them not delivering the item for the 3rd time despite previous assurances it would be. Contact with Tikamoon has been great, they’re advisor has been most helpful when dealing with my concerns/ Replacement of items. The delivery times However are very lengthy with no offer of express shipping in light of recent events which I find most disappointing. I was merely offered a refund for the damaged item however this did not help me at all as I have another item from the same range that needs to be matched. I feel that given the awful experience I’ve had so far ( which still isn’t resolved) something more really should have been done. I am still awaiting confirmation that my replacement has been ordered and am not confident this will arrive in any better state! I live in hope however. It’s a shame that minor things like this spoil the customer journey as I do feel it’s the couriers letting this company down as some of the service I’ve received from Tikamoon has been great. You certainly wouldn’t expect an item Of furniture to arrive in such a state on one occasion never mind 3. Overall I’m not a satisfied customer which leaves me very reluctant to order from them again. Such a shame as the items are beautiful.

We are currently in the process of re-evaluating our packaging strategises and hope to resolve this issue shortly. As our warehouse is located in France, we are unable to offer an overnight express service. As mentioned on our website, we are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, which are out of our hands. Typically our delivery times are a lot shorter.

  Many thanks for your response. I appreciate the Covid19 has caused a degree of disruption to delivery services however I must note that the orders placed with yourselves are the only ones I’ve experienced significant delays and more importantly received every item damaged. We have ordered many things during this crisis, none of which we have experienced delays or received items in a poor state. I had a second replacement ordered on 4/5/20 however still haven’t received confirmation of this 4 days later. I was assured this shipment would be marked as urgent however not having received confirmation of the order within 4 days I have doubts that this will happen. This issue isn’t the item arriving from France, in fact this was the quickest part of the delivery having taken just 2 days. However upon receiving in the UK then took 8 days with us then having to collect the item ourselves. It’s been most disappointing and to be completely honest I did expect more as a resolution given the circumstances.

  I bought the marble basin which arrived quickly and was absolutely gorgeous. However I realised my mistake about the size being too big for my space. I thought of whether I could use it somewhere else but unfortunately had to request a return. Tikamoon were absolutely fabulous and agreed return as well as arranged pick up. I've never seen such efficient customer service with any other online shopping! I'd definitely buy from them again in future. Their products look gorgeous

Having never used tikamoon before I wasn’t so impressed with there customer service in that they weren’t very good at keeping you up to date with your order I had to keep chasing and asking if there was any information, made me rather nervous considering I had paid upfront .. 4 months is a long time to wait on something you’ve paid for in advance without much info. Saying that I’m very happy with what I ordered and delivery was absolutely fine.

  Brilliant service during these crazy times. I have ordered online from so many companies where delivery time has taken weeks. Tikamoon processed and delivered my order very quickly! Love the bamboo ladder so I have reordered!

  Didn’t have any problems with tikamoon, ordering, delivery and item nicely wrapped. But the item did have scratches on it, which was a bit annoying!
