  Love my new TV stand. Had to wait 4 months for it but it was clear when I ordered it might take that long. Gets lots of comments, just finished off my room perfectly. 55 inch TV fits easily and doesn’t look over facing.

  My first order and very pleased with my cupboard. Excellent very well made. I have since ordered 2 more items due for delivery today. I had a problem with the delivery 3 men who refused to carry the cupboard to first floor landing. The cost of delivery included taking item to a room of my choice. I live on my own !!

  I’m really delighted by my shopping experience with Tikamoon. I love their backstory & the ethos of their Tikamoon. They are a french sustainable brand selling authentic real wood furniture handmade in Asia & Europe. Their website is a delight to navigate. So many beautiful pieces of furniture & home decor to choose from. All very chic & stylish. Customer reviews & photos are a real asset as you can see Tiksmoon furniture & home decor looks in many styles of homes, making it much easier to envisage in your own home. Their pricing is very competitive too, with the added bonus I received free delivery. Communication throughout was fab. My order arrived much earlier than expected. Packaged really well to ensure no damage during transit. I’m currently building my forever home & want to furnish it oth quality, stylish furniture that will not date & will stand the test if time. This was my first order of many ti come. I have a pretty long wish list saved on my account.

  The Tikamoon site is very easy to use. Ordering was easy and the chairs were delivered within the time specified. They were packed very well to avoid damage and delivered with care. The description and photographs on the site are a true reflection of the chairs. Very happy with this purchase.

  The customer service was excellent and the product arrived well before the expected due date. However, the product being made from pine had some slight but noticeable defects which should have been picked up in production. However, I send photos of the flaws and the response extremely timely and professional. A solution was offered and I was happy to accept as I believe I could repair the flaws myself. Overall I was happy with the product given the price point I initially paid.

  Lovely product but it was advertised as bedside tables yet both units open the same way so you can't actually get into the cupboard without getting out of bed and walking around the unit. When I raised this with Tikamoon, they just said oh yeah that's just how they come and if you don't want them send them back! Really disappointing and the lack of customer service means I wouldn't buy from them again.

  I like the washbasin unit and the mirror they are very lovely and good quality, but I was disappointed to realise I had to oil them myself so they can be used in a bathroom is an understatement. I spent days to oil them properly as they had lots of shelves and hard to reach places, this delayed the installation considerably. And it’s also not that easy to find that information on the page of the product, if I knew it I would’ve not ordered in the first place and bought furniture that’s oiled and ready to be used.

  Quality wood, gorgeous furniture and design. Very pleased. However, with regards to delivery, it would be preferable for the dirty cardboard packaging to be removed before delivery to the choice of room. I wasn’t aware the packaging would not be removed/collected. I will have to prepare the room better next time. Thank you to the delivery drivers for wearing shoe covers.

  I chose a Tikamoon bathroom unit and wash bowl after seeing my daughters items. I love the teak wood and they had a great choice in different sizes. Found a compact unit for our bathroom and it really is the centre piece of our refurbished bathroom. Arrived really well packaged and the after service was great when I had questions about how best to treat the wood.

  Fabulous website. Easy to use. Delivery of my Corto metal towel rack was quicker than expected. Driver delivered item to room of my choice. Item was well packaged.   The site is easy to use with good clear photographs and I like how previous customers left their photographs of the furniture in their homes showing you how the furniture appears in a smaller space rather than the large open space used on the website pages

  My table was slightly damaged, small chip on the bottom of the leg , so now have put a lantern there to hide it . Was given £10 refund which is a bit stingy . I had waited a long time , 2 months, for the table to be delivered so didn’t want to wait again for another table .

  Website well presented & easily navigated, right through to the payment screen, the most difficult problem I encountered was choosing the product as everything on the website looks fabulous! Estimated wait time for product was far longer than actual wait for delivery & the guys who delivered were exceptional! They were very polite, kept me informed when they were due to deliver, extremely respectful of my property & handled my product with great care.

  Always conscious using a site I haven’t purchased from before. I ordered the 170cm oak TV unit and the beautiful Chest for our master suite. The furniture is incredible quality. I was blown away.   Quick delivery. Everything packed securely. Even with boxes little bit damaged on the outside, inside everything was perfect. Great communication, I knew when my order was packed and dispatched. Furniture is solid wood and beautiful. As it looks on the pictures. Highly recommend the company and their products. Knowing there’s free return and easy process made ordering even easier.

  I ordered 2 chairs and a sink. All lovely - as described and very pleased with the quality of all of them. the only thing that I was disappointed at was the delivery. It took 3 weeks to get the items - which I think was a bit long to wait. Quality of items very good but don't order if you need things in a hurry.
