Hi I order a bresser 150-750 for my daughter birthday and i received a bresser 150-1400 wich i could have bought in London for £ 35.00 less[ £ 234.00 free delivery] , my daughter she is not aware of the mistake but i think a refund is in order.I try to send message and photo trhu my account but message want go.

Verified reviewI didn't realise they are based in Spain when ordering. Delivery is therefore longer than expected. Then hit with a £13.99 charge to return shoes that were too small. I would not recommend to Uk customers. With additional chargers cheaper and more convenient to buy from Amazon in the end

Verified reviewGood price and well packaged but the product came from Spain so delivery was slower than expected - 9 days. It also arrived 2 days after the expected delivery date. Would use the company again if I dont need fast delivery.

Verified reviewThink this is my third order via trekkinn. Initially I was a little concerned as ordering from UK but the service has been excellent. Items typically received in 5 days from receipt of order. Pricing is also very good compared to some UK sites which obviously makes a big difference. At present all items have been a good fit so cannot comment regarding returns.
