Verified reviewThe order took some time to arrive. I needed to return some items as they weren't right. Getting hold and discussing issues with their customer service is near enough impossible. I finally managed to return the items at a £16 cost to myself, the item got to them in Spain and they refused delivery (no one knows why) and so now I am back to square one, 3 weeks later, with a parcel I have paid to return flown to Spain and back at my cost and no refund. I have been in touch with customer services a number of times but just keep getting told that they will contact me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Prices are reasonable but the whole postage and customer service is a complete nightmare.

Verified reviewI ordered 1 pair of terrex 2 gtx low and 1 pair of terrex 2 gtx freehiker. The beauty of this site is that pruducts are ridiculously cheap which makes sense to buy. However, the products have to be shipped from Spain and this takes time, therefore, all the negative reviews I have read are from people complaining that it has taking ages to get the goods to their home - it took 2 weeks for my order. Which I was fine with because I'm not a whiny little instant gratified impatient want want want right now prick! Great site, great products and I've saved myself over £100.

Verified reviewTrekkinn ignored multiple messages about an order before it was dispatched! I was querying why my COINN value was initially deducted from the order, but when I placed the order Trakkinn charged me the full amount and did not deduct the £5.00 ! Three different employees eventually responded, but did not answer the question! I asked Trekkinn to refund back the value of my COINN points m, they ignored my multiple messages. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and poor customer service!

Thank you for your response. This doesn’t really answer my questions though, please reread my questions? 1. Your own system 100% deducted from The total my COINN value and the discount 2. Why did 3 of your employees ignore me and answer something completely obscure? 3. Because of the fiasco, as a goodwill gesture I think Tekkiinn should refund me some money?
