The shoe box ripped,the package containing the shoe box ripped and as you asked me to review the delivery I expected you to reply but you did not. The customer service seems to match the delivery service which is a shame as your pricing was very good. I’m extremely disappointed and perhaps I need to go on your website and make this review known. I’m not a person who normally complains but really I’m very disappointed with you.

You have obviously not looked at my complaint at all. I’m not returning the item,I’m complaining about the state of the packaging both the shoe box being ripped and the outer packaging being ripped also. This sends out a message that you really don’t consider the customer if something goes wrong. It’s doubtful that I would ever purchase anything from you ever again if this is the standard of your customer service. When I am then asked to give my opinion on your service my you and you ignore the complaint it isn’t a good sign is it. Your pricing was excellent your service unfortunately was not
