Verified reviewI've been ordering from the 'Inn' group (TreckInn etc) for some time now and broadly everything has been okay, until the last six months, where there has been a marked degredation of the services. I ordered a range of technical clothing around two months ago, only to then realise that the product description on one of the items I'd ordered was actually for a different product, so not fit for what I needed it for. I contacted them, and they took it off the order, but refused to process the refund. I ended up having to make a claim via PayPal which took quite a while to resolve, which was bonkers considering that the item refunded wasn't even shipped. Then, I ordered some boots for a race I was doing. The advised delivery was three days before the race, so plenty of time. Unfortunately, when they were then dispatched four days before the race, the delivery had shifted to the day after. I tried contacting them to see if there were any other options, if I could order again via a different shipping option etc., and got absolutely nothing from them. By this point, there was no other option to order from anyone else as the timing was too tight, so I was left completely at their mercy. They gave the normal excuses regarding 'shipping' delays, however, none of that made sense given that they didn't actually dispatch the items until really late, so it was just really disappointing. Fundamentally, however, what was a really good service, is now just a bit of a joke and literally another pay your money and take your chances type outfit. I certainly won't buy through them again.

Thanks, I have already tried talking to your support team on multiple occasions, suggesting multiple options and alternatives, they weren't remotely interested, failed to grasp the issue and fundamentally did nothing to resolve the issue. It's important to point out that whilst I fully accept that there are the potentials for delays that are completely out of your control, you, as a business, waiting to dispatch my parcel meant that it was never going to get to me in the original time frame. That has nothing to do with customs or logistics suppliers, that is purely you, and probably one of the reasons that there are so many people complaining about their terrible services all over your Google Reviews.
