Verified reviewThe jacket was shipped within two, thin polythene bags. The jacket arrived very creased. The hood peak was bent in on itself and won't straighten. A simple cardboard box and careful packing would have helped the £150 raincoat arrive in good condition. The jacket is fine. Trekkinn's packing was poor.

Verified review(Dutch below) Ordered two Salomon softflasks, one of which appears to be leaking on first use. Defect reported, followed by an offer to make a partial refund of 8 euros. Since the flask costs 14.49 and is not usable right now it's a bad deal. When I did not agree with this, I was allowed to send the flask (at my own expense) to Spain, preferably by registered mail, of course. Since that will cost me even more, I agreed to the eight euros. So here is the advice not to buy stuff here. Cheap is expensive, it turns out once again, the service is not comparable to other webshops. Avoid! ------------------------ Twee Salomon softflasks besteld, waarvan er 1 bij het eerste gebruik lekt blijkt te zijn. Defect aangemeld, waarna er een aanbod volgde om een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van 8 euro te doen. Aangezien de flask 14.49 kost en nu niet bruikbaar is een slechte deal. Toen ik hier niet akkoord mee ging mocht ik de flask (op eigen kosten) opsturen naar Spanje, en het liefst wel aangetekend natuurlijk. Aangezien me dat nog meer gaat kosten maar akkoord gegaan met de acht euro. Hierbij dus het advies om hier geen spullen aan te schaffen. Goedkoop is duurkoop blijkt maar weer eens, de service is niet vergelijkbaar met andere webshops.

Verified reviewQuick delivery, so no issues there. Wrong shoe size sent and their system makes return less than easy. 6 photos with less than 6MB size in total. So have to find a way to shrink the size of the pictures - I don't know how to do that so now have to find help. I would just like to return the brand new incorrect shoes!

Hello Philip, We truly regret the inconvenience caused. In case you have received a wrong, defective or incomplete product, you would need to submit a return request through your account, please. Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture). In general however, the indicated date in these products refer not to the production date but to the date the product received the corresponding CE/EN certificate. In order to be sold in the EU, many products are required to bear the CE marking, which shows that the manufacturer has assessed the product and it is deemed to meet EU requirements for safety, health and environmental protection. My order arrived within five working days, which I rate as amazing (it was sent from Spain to the Czech Republic). All the time, I kept track of the shipment's movement and the estimated delivery time that Tradeinn/Trekkinn indicated was met. The goods arrived perfectly fine and exactly what I ordered. I will be very happy to order something next time, because the selection of goods and prices are usually unbeatable.
