Verified reviewThe ordered items were covered by big barcode sticker labels. On one of the items the barcode label had already been ripped off by someone which had damaged the packaging of the item. After removing the barcode label from another item, which was on the actual item itself, it left a sticky residu all over the item. What's the deal with these stickers, trekkinn? I didn't return the items, because it was too much of a hassle to me, but I won't be ordering again from trekkinn. I was expecting and hoping for a better ordering experience for my first order with trekkinn.

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. Verified reviewI have received a Columbus solar shower. The shower is very poor quality and really isn't fit for purpose. On top of that there are several dual. Trekkinn refuse to let me return it and are asking me to go to Columbus. Columbus do not reply and I've now been dealing with the for 3 weeks. I have just about had enough of this thieving company. I have had to get PayPal involved and still they are digging their heels in and refusing point blank to help. I just hope now PayPal will make a quick decision so this can be over. I feel completely exhausted and stressed out over what should have been an easy task. Never in my life have I had a retailer that doesn't recognise UK law and allow a simple return of an item that someone is unhappy with. Please do not but from this company. They do not acre about customers. Their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. So of you want to be rippe dof, shop here. I you want weeks of arguing something that should have been a simple exercise, shop here. If you want a nice company with good policies and good customer service, try another retailer that upholds your rights. Never will I give this company any money ever again. I'm absolutely disgusted. It's not like it's high priced item either. But I certain can't afford to lose £36.
