Hi Celine, I did report this on the 1st of December and Julie from your UK office is looking into it. She said I had to wait 30 days for DHL to come back to her. Inre emailed her 2 days ago but have heard nothing. I had to re contact her according to her email which I thought was bad. It is disappointing as this was a Christmas present. The ticket number is [Ticket#202512010000941. These are the messages. Dear Nigel, I acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologize for any inconvenience beyond our control. Further to your message, I would like to inform you that I have opened a claim with FedEx today. I would like to point out that once the claim has been opened, FedEx has a maximum of 30 days to process it, during which time investigations are carried out to locate your parcel and deliver it to the address indicated. At the end of these 30 days, I invite you to contact me again if delivery has not taken place as agreed, so that I can take the necessary steps to satisfy your request. Verified reviewThe product looks very nice, feels very nice, and works very well. The only downside is that the little knob on the top, which is meant for determining the coarseness of the pepper, tends to come loose simply by using the pepper mill. Even though I am using it by grinding clockwise, whilst the little knob tightens counter clockwise.
