Verified reviewI am writing this review because Peugeot has asked me to. I ordered the item 14 days ago. It has still not arrived. Courier says they tried to deliver 7 & 6 days ago. They did not. Since then next to zero communication from Peugeot or courier. The Peugeot live chat goes into perpetual ‘buffer’ if I try to ask for an update. Really disappointing. Starting to think I’ve been scammed.

Verified reviewI received an open box with a used salt mill inside. The mill had been filled with salt, however, not through a funnel so there was salt stuck between the top and main part. The booklet was loose in the box (not hung on the side by an elastic band like it was the case for my -new- pepper mill). This was clearly a product that had been used and should not have been sold as a new product. Quality control before dispatch is obviously and sadly non existent.

Hi Meghan, I was sorry to read that you were not satisfied with your order. Some of our mills come pre-filled so that they can be used straight away. Verified reviewThe site isn't the easiest to navigate, the layout is confusing. Delivery took longer than expected because their email said it would be delivered on a certain day but it took several days after that with no explanation. Probably down to the carriers Also ordered in plenty of time for Xmas- it was a present - but didn't arrive till well after it. Product looks good though and is working well so far.

Hi there. Yes, thank you for your help with that. I posted the review before it was resolved. But no one ever replied to any of the emails I sent to your customer service on the UK facing website and the phone number was to France not the UK. It was only when I sent an email to the contact details supplied with the survey link that I got any communication. You need to change the customer service contact details on your UK facing website
