Verified reviewExcellent overall! However ‘delivery by Colissimo’ doesn’t mean anything in the UK. It would be good to know which courier would deliver the products.

Thank you so much for your review and your feedback. To answer your point about delivery, Colissimo is the French equivalent of Royal Mail and they usually take the parcel from our warehouse and hand it over to Parcel Force in the UK, unless the parcel is over £135 in which case FedEx will collect the parcel and process customs paperwork. So either way, it will be FedEx or Parcel Force that delivers in the UK. However, we will look to improve this communication on the order confirmation emails so it is clearer. Verified reviewVery happy with the product but delivery was quite slow. It arrived in an enormous box with lots of inflated plastic wrap. I think paper could have been used instead, let’s stop using plastic!!!

Thank you for your review and also your point about the plastic. I believe the plastic packaging we use is bio-degradable, but I will follow this up to ensure we are using as little plastic as possible.

I always like to give credit where its due. You sort of get used to delivery costs, I was able to buy the pepper corns from Amazon so no delivery costs. When I need more I'll order more items to make it worth while
