Good morning Paul, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that this did not match your customers requirements. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). Please do contact us by email should you require any further assistance with setting the system up in this way. Alternatively, please return the units to us and we will process a refund accordingly. Verified reviewHelp before I bought the product was superb. The product itself is fantastic and does what I hoped it woild do. However the written instructions that came with it, could be improved. The writing was too small so very hard to read. Also there was a sheet wth another unrelated product that confused me. I had a little trouble setting up the alarm and understanding it so phoned for help. The pjone wasn't answered and after a day or two I got a personal email with detailed instructions.which I followed successfully. I was hopo g for a phone call but it didn't happen.
