Dear Mr Baker We are sorry the Remote Control took a while to deliver, we despatched the goods immediately and sent it by Royal Mail, unfortunately Royal Mail still appear to be struggling in some areas following the disruption of the recent strikes. Hopefully they will be back to normal soon, in the meantime we are sending more parcels by Courier Best Regards Mark
