Verified reviewThis is the first time I’ve used UltraSecure direct.com. I had a couple of online discussions about various products with the team and I got great help from them - I even got an email at 07.30 in the morning answering the question I’d asked the previous evening. The products came as tracked items which is always a bonus. I couldn’t find the products I needed initially but I did receive such good help from the team at ultrasecuredirect and I found exactly what I needed. The alarms are perfect for my garage and shed and are far better quality than other products I’ve seen online and in store.

Verified reviewDisappointed in wireless (800) driveway gate alert. Receiver, is made in China, feels cheap and flimsy. Set up was hit and miss with poor instructions. Can't be set to operate for more than 60 secs. which for my purposes is insufficient. Ultra Secure seemed like a good supplier compared the competition as they offer a comprehensive range although their prices are not cheap but they do respond to telephone calls. I made an expensive mistake with the package I ordered.

Dear James Thank you for the review, we are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the Wireless Gate Alert, we are not sure what application you had in mind when choosing this product. There is an optional 10 minute 12v DC Output on the Receiver which buzzers, sirens, LED's could be connected which may help with your requirement. We also have an Outdoor Receiver for this range of Alerts with fully adjustable time durations which may also help with your requirement. Verified reviewThe website was easy to navigate. I queried whether items were in stock and benefits for having the same or different locks on parking barriers. Customer service responded which gave me confidence to place my order. I ordered the last two, which arrived within two days of placing my order originally placed on a Saturday. Handyman put up the two and items was better than I expected. I need to get used to using the locks. A little fiddly. I like the reflective strips not mentioned in the advert or illustrated in the photo of the item which turned out to be a lovely surprise. Handyman had no difficulty fitting, both were up within a short twenty minutes. They are doing the job for which they have been purchased which is great. Two red parking barriers. Thank you
