Verified reviewThe customer service was excellent. However the item took significantly longer than stated. Once I have received the item it was significantly different than what was shown on their website. I dissatisfied with the product and the general time taken, I would recommend that you check the product is what is advertised and have a clearer understanding of what they mean by 'slight differences'

They did take a long time to arrive, however, with most furniture the lead times are usually several weeks, with the current transport and shipping issues it’s expected. Viadurini answered my emails and kept me updated when I asked.
