Verified reviewMy order took about 10 days to be delivered and arrived way too late for my nephew's birthday! The website says delivery is a couple of days. I actually had to contact them to ask where my order was, they never bothered to let me know that there was a massive delay. Eventually they refunded me the delivery charge and they were quick to reply once contacted, but as a first time customer this is not a company I feel I can rely on.

Verified reviewI am a big fan of en. smallable. Very fast processing and shipping. Love the little totes! This last package came opened (most likely damaged in transit) and there was no tote, but the gray label backpack was ok, so no biggie. Thank you for an excellent service. We will be back:-)
