Most online retailers now have good returns policies but this company doesn’t. I knew this when I ordered but took a chance as I always buy the same shoe size. They are unfortunately too small which is a surprise as the website didn’t provide any information to indicate that a size bigger than usual should be ordered. I wouldn’t order from this company again unless either the returns policy is updated or the online information is better. A good site to look at for ordering shoes online is Berkenstock who have a really good foot measurement tool.

Ordered shoes online....they took some time coming and then...sizing was incorrect. Would not allow me to change them for smaller size. Limited service I would say.

The only thing we mentioned is that in the UK, returns are at the customer's own expense.
