  There is an item missing from the parcel and Sanareva never indicated this essential oil had been omitted from my order. This is not the first time this happens and I am furious at this lack of professionalism. I need this product. I am asking for Sanareva to sent it to me promptly.

  It was my 2nd order from Sanareva and I would definitely order again and recommend to others. The navigation on website is easy, my order was well packed. I always found good deals on our favourite French hygiene/skin care items for the whole family.

  It is my go to website for great products that i am not able to find in store.I ordered a few time already from the website and never had any issues.Easy to order,detailed information on tracking the parcel,always arrived in the timeframe provided and they even have reward points for their customers for future purchases. My experience with Sanareva was great so far and i do recommend it.

  Forced to leave review of company - loses a star for that - so gets same value as the product less the star for forcing me to leave a review! Numpties! Overall seem OK, web site easy to use, delivery a tad slow (expected 2 - 5 days, not the 5 - 7 it takes) and stock levels seem to vary (often at zero!).

  Is a big mistake that I purchased items from them. Because "they sent to the wrong address " royal mail sent them back to them or to another address in UK and they told me they expected the products back unopened and after they can make thr refund. That's just an excuse, for sure they are just playing to make money and never even try to deliver the products. In the tracking information was a random picture as a proof of delivery, but not to my address. Shame on you. I am waiting for the refund. And don't play with people

  I paid an extortionate amount of money for the postage of my purchase and it arrived so late I considered cancelling my purchase. I tried to track my purchase but I couldn't locate its whereabouts. My only recourse was to email and no-one replied until day 10 when my purchase had eventually arrived. All in all I was most unimpressed.

  I had a huge issue with the delivery. The goods were delayed and then are not delivered and in fact returned to SanarevA. Royal mail suggested that there was noone at the address but we were home all day.
