  I love this shop, prices are reasonable, delivery is fast and prompt, customer service is efficient and quick, they managed to help me with a small query which i was confused about and they explained few times so I cam understand and I appreciate the perseverence and willing to help. I reccommend this store to anyone. The products are genuine and I am a happy customer.

  Navigation on the website is ok, sometimes is freezing I don’t know why, it happened to me when I wanted to pay, but the rest delivery is exactly how they said, you can track your delivery to see the status, it s ok, I have ordered a lot never had problems, but I don’t understand why I don’t have any points on my account?

  To be honest, it's a bit of a hit or miss with the shop. The first experience was good, things didn't take too long but in the second order, 3 out of 5 of the same products were running out in around half a year. Two are big-volume bottles as well which leaves me 1litre of the same kind of products running out in the next few months. Complained to the shop and they didn't think it was an issue what's worse is they are using new photos of the products and send you their old stock instead.

  After holidaying in France I was delighted to find the same product “le comptour du Bain” shower gel available on the website, repeating the order many, many times with no problems at all. In recent months however, after not being able to locate the product, I ordered what seemed to be a similar item, although much more expensive. Disappointed that, after placing the order I was sent an email from Sanareva offering help with the products I’d already ordered as suggestions, and also at a cheaper price to what I had paid?

  The delivery charge was high, but as the item was so competitively priced the overall cost was still cheaper than buying elsewhere. Delivery time was given as 4 to 6 days and it took 7, so that's acceptable. I have a concern about using this website again because of the many adverse reviews on record, even though my experience was ok.
