Verified reviewOrdering and delivery were flawless. There was an issue with my product, which had a couple of missing pieces, but it was reasonably easy to get hold of customer service to report the issue. Initially, they offered to replace the whole product, and as an alternative they offered a generous cash discount, which was more than sufficient to cover the costs of me replacing the missing parts myself. My impression is that, to meet the massive backlog of orders that all home furniture makers have experience during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a dip in quality controls at Tikamoon, so there is currently some risk to buying from this supplier. Nevertheless, overall I was happy with the resolution to my issue, and I would take the risk to buy from Tikamoon again in the future.

Verified reviewThe product design and build are as advertised. There isn’t a lot of quality choice online yet Tikamoon had lots of options I could have picked. There is a slight bit of damage internally but not reported yet slightly annoyed still. The delivery crew where very nice and helpful yet the first delivery was simply missed without comment.

Verified reviewItem arrived broken and unusable. Was offered an exchange by CS and immediately accepted this, but then received no further comms from them for two business days. Upon calling them for an update was told the item was now out of stock and hence could not be exchanged, so got a full refund instead. Not super impressed - happy to get a refund, but would have preferred that they had actioned the exchange that was offered while the item was still in stock rather than going silent for two days. Wouldn't go out of my way to shop with them again based on this experience.
