You contacted us on 23 December by email and we responded on 27 December. Following an investigation with the carrier, your parcel was declared lost and we issued a full refund on 5 January. My delivery had some pre Christmas delays purely as a result of the courier service and Glisshop customer service team supported in chasing the courier and were always available and willing to help. I am yet to try the skis so review is purely based on Glisshop and the excellent customer service.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We ship parcels to the UK twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once dispatched, they must pass through customs before being handed over to Royal Mail, which can add some additional time to the delivery process.
