Verified reviewNot great if I’m honest poor response to emails taking 2 or 3 days for a reply sometimes and live chat they never seemed to respond to either when they did respomd to email it was with short answers packaging was terrible and all Opened when arrived sent pictures straight away and waited for a reply and the reply literally said is the board damaged no sorry no explanation then eventually a replay offering a £20 gift card if I ordered over £50 from them which to be honest I wouldn’t order again from this company so is of absolutely no use to me I told them that and am still waiting for a reply if I was being totally honest i wouldn’t recommend using this company

Hello and thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on Sunday 30 November and your order was dispatched on 2 December and delivered on 10 December. We are extremely sorry that the parcel was left outdoors and we have made a complaint with Royal Mail as our parcels have to be signed for. We also apologise if you feel that our communication was not satisfactory. We have taken on board your feedback and an additional email is now sent to customers explaining that the tracking link is not active until the parcel has cleared customs and been handed over to Royal Mail. It would seem that an error was made during the order preparation and once you signalled the mistake to us, we no longer had the item you ordered in stock and you were of course issued a full refund.
