Verified reviewOrder was sent day of order with tracking but the tracking didn't work for 8 days (2 phone calls). When the skis were delivered the bindings were not set up, just set as out of box. Extremely disappointing when you look at what you pay.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the fact that you were unable to track your parcel. We do indicate in the email with the parcel information that the tracking link will not be active until the parcel has cleared customs and been handed over to Parcelforce/Royal Mail. As for the bindings, they were unfortunately not mounted on your skis due to an error in our warehouse and we do apologise for this. Verified reviewGood communication from Glisshop, but I do think the delivery and packaging could be improved. My Royal Mail delivery of my skis was left outside of my house in London. So this was a high risk of it being stolen, luckily they weren’t, I also received 0 communication and emails on the day of delivery so I had no way to know they were arriving that day, my housemate just found them outside our house. I assume this is Royal mails fault more than Glisshop, my only criticism of Glisshop would be a little bit more protection in the box for them, they were kind of loose in the box. They weren’t damaged though! The odd scratch on the base nothing wax can’t fix.
