You placed your order on Friday 3 January and it was dispatched with the next shipment to the UK on 7 January. EVRi received it on 9 January. Unfortunately the parcel seems to have been unaccounted for for several weeks and was finally delivered to a parcel shop on 14 February from where you collected it. As we were not informed about the delay, we were unfortunately unable to help you in this matter.
