    Have not received my order in over 2months from dispatch email, had to shop elsewhere as it’s come to the point I needed my gear for my trip, endlessly struggling to gain contact from Glisshop about a refund on the order I simply haven’t even received. Poor customer service which is a shame.

    Very good service , I had a slight issue with the delivery as the address label didn't have my house name on it , just the road , so was sent to drop off point . Not sure if that was my mistake in order , but will check for next time .
