Verified reviewThe product was exactly what I wanted but the delivery driver ignored request for where to leave the parcel and when I caught up with him before he left our road and told him he simply replied that he would do it next time. I was unable to lift the box and had to get someone to help me. Not exactly customer service from the carrier.

Verified reviewEvery time you use pop to deliver a package to my home the driver does not look beyond his nose as he parked in the wright car park but did not read the sigh on the fence which pointed the way to my door so the parcel was tacken back to the sorting office and i had to wait to monday afternoon and a different driver delivered to my door so if you persist to use pop I will not be ordering again from your company.
