As explained by our customer service in our previous replies, and as we did not receive any response from your side, the parcel was refused at delivery due to unpaid customs fees and was therefore returned to us by the carrier. Your order has now been fully refunded.

Thank you for the response. I have continually checked all my folders, including my junk and spam waiting for a reply as these items are gifts. All I have is the confirmation that my emails have gone through but no reply with resolution. I would love assistance with getting this issue resolved.

Verified reviewPylones had the product my sister was seeking. I ordered it for shipment to the US. The shipping cost was almost as expensive as the item (which was 2.5 times more than the insurer price). That was fine because it was a gift. What I didn't plan on was the $53 surcharge by UPS to deliver it. A $10 gift ended up costing me almost $100. I think this should be explained during the purchase process. Otherwise the product was good.

Verified reviewHello, I set up an order in USD thinking that the shipping was from an US warehouse but in fact it was from France .The US taxes twice the price of the product ; UPS charged $58 for taxes and taxes procedure management. So the Pylones product is fine but not the final cost !
