Verified reviewI get that it came from France to the UK, but it mustve had a difficult journey Box was damage, meaning contents was damaged and missing - bits broke off, they and one item fell out through the hole in the box Out of 10 items ordered; 1 missing, 2 unusable and 1 unfit as a gift Sorry but I wont be using you again

Verified reviewThe merchandise is colorful and beautiful,and prices are reasonable. Changes I would make: 1: Let customers know plainly (not in fine print) that the shipper will be contacting them before delivery to pre pay the tariff charges. 2: Give an estimate of the expected tariffs. 3. State the name of the shipper. I was surprised to get a notice from UPS that a company whose name I did not recognize was expecting a tariff payment. At first I thought it was a scam. With research, and reading fine print from Pylones and UPS, I finally figured out who all the companies were. It would have been simpler if Pylones had stated: “ Your package will be shipped by …. Who will be contacting you to prepay the US customs charge so your merchandise can be released by customs for delivery.”

Verified reviewI just love all the projects, from their very unique jewelry to their other projects with the cute designs. But if you live in the US beware. On an order of $125 it cost an additional $20 shipping and $54 customs/import fee!
