This is no excuse, you pay for delivery, we got give a date for delivery we waited all day never arrived, we spoke to delivery company who a sured us treat it would be delivered next day again it was not delivered, we feel let down and also we lost income because we had to cancel patients because of this delivery issue,

Verified reviewThe quality of the chairs is very poor. The seat doesn’t clip on to the hydraulic stand. They seem so fragile that staff have told us that they fear someday someone will fall and get injured.

Verified reviewI purchased the “Portable magnet therapy 20 programmes” because I need to do a therapy at home. They sent me a faulty item, in the specific the “Control Unit”. I’ve sent to customer service several emails, a pic of the faulty item and messages, up to this day they haven’t refund me and neither done anything to resolve the issue. The company is deceitful, there’s no assistance from customer service besides an automated email “ Your request (#1822135) has been updated. To add additional comments, please reply to this email”. Furthermore the link of the warranty sent to me is invalid, there’s a note saying “404 The page was removed or modified”. I want the full refund Immediately!!!

Verified reviewI am utterly appalled at the customer service. I tried to contact you every day for 7 days to find a delivery date. Emails are unanswered and a standard automatic reply recieved. No one actually reads them. No telephone number and no way of contacting a member of staff. I refused the delivery of bed because I had to purchase elsewhere through lack of communication. I couldn’t be sure I would recieve it in time for my opening. I’ve since tried to contact you for a refund, still no reply that proves you’ve read a single email. Still no telephone number to speak to someone. I’m contacting my bank and credit card.
