Verified reviewThe address information is generally very difficult to use and kept changing my details, which ended up with an incorrect postcode. I ordered an item and saw it was wrong. It was literally an hour or so and contacted Customer Services and they said there is nothing they can do. I then got the courier information and they allowed me, without any hassle whatsover to self serve change my postcode. In summary the 3rd party courier gave excellent service but Trekkinn did not.

Verified reviewThe site took my money and said the transfer is unsuccessful. I checked my bank account and the transaction was there. Contacted the costumer support. They asked to send a proof. I did. Bank statement of the transaction whit the number and their iban. No answer. Next day called. A girl claimed they didn't get my email, so I need to send it again. Did it. Same story on the next day. And again on the next. All of the girls promised answer in 24h. and never happened. No reference number on the case,so every day had to start explaining from scratch. Spent a week in it. The last day I send my mail from 3 different email accounts,so can be sure one of them would work.Nope.When called again claimed nothing arrived and there is no such a transfer. I told them I will approach the authorities if nothing happens in the next day. After 3 more days I did file a clame . Finally after 4 more days I got an email at least confirming my order . Than had to wait 2 more weeks but at the end I got my things. Just such unpleasant experience whit such a scam taste...Will never use this place again and my advice, stay away too
