Verified reviewThis is my second order. I wanted to buy more yarn of the same dye and lot (if possible) but I could find no way of contacting the company to ask for this. The contact points were about knitting problems. This is a serious website omission for the company.

Verified reviewFound the site easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. My order arrived within 5 days- much quicker than anticipated given Brexit! There was no extra customs duty to pay so I will use the site again. I admit to being surprised that they do not seem to use a UK agent.
