    Bergere has an extremely helpful and informative website, which is very easy to navigate. Unfortunately their packaging for my current order is very poor. I will be sending a complaint and photographs to the company.

    Arrived in good timing. Only problem is that the plug is 2-pin and here in the UK we use a British 3-pin plug. Sent away for a refund - they give store credit - yet postage is really expensive now, paid almost £8. So not sure this was worth it!

    Nothing to say it had been sent. Just received card from Royal Mail saying could not be delivered as there was a surcharge to be paid. Had to drive to depot (other side of town) and pay £2.00 surcharge

    I have been a loyal customer of Bergère for years. Because their reasonably priced yarn and more so their trendy designs. Apart from the packaging could be better for international shipping (I am in Australia), everything else is perfect.

    Terrible service. I placed my order on 14th April and have still not received it a month later. I have been in touch with bergeredefrsnce on a few occasions asking where my order is and for a refund, not received either yet. I will never use this company again and give it no stars whatsoever.
