Verified reviewI have ordered on smallable quite a few times in recent months and the last two times I have been sent the wrong size of the item I requested and this meant the item was sold out when I went to change it. Smallable offer to pay return for the item but no other compensation offered even after it happened twice in a row!

Verified reviewThey sent the wrong size shoe….we ordered a size 34 and received a size 35. The paperwork says size 34 but the actual shoe is size 35. They are too big for my child and I feel stuck as I don’t want to spend the return postage fee from Australia to France. I’m quite annoyed!
